Shipping Policy

The Founders' Batch: Pre-Order Timeline

Our current offering is the Founders' Batch. This is a pre-order campaign to fund our initial bulk production run, which allows us to offer honest pricing without retail markups. Because this is a pre-order, products are not currently sitting on a shelf ready to ship tomorrow.

Once the Founders' Batch pre-order window officially closes, delivery is estimated to take place approximately 3 months from that end date.

By purchasing from the Founders' Batch, you acknowledge this timeline. We are committed to transparency and will send you regular email updates on the manufacturing progress so you know exactly where your gear is in the pipeline.

Shipping Rates & Regions

We process and ship orders out of Riga, Latvia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the carrier selected.

Order Tracking

Once the manufacturing of the Founders' Batch is complete and your order is packed, you will receive a final shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24-48 hours after the carrier scans the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hemcroft is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local customs office for specific rates and regulations before ordering.

Damages and Delays in Transit

We build our gear to be tough, but once we hand a package over to a shipping carrier, the physical transit time is out of our control. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact us immediately at info@hemcroft.com with photos so we can make it right.
