Fit & Sizing
Product Care
Merino is low-maintenance by design. A few simple habits will keep it performing for years.
Washing:
- Cold water (30°C or less) works best—gentle cycle if you're using a machine
- Wool detergent is ideal, but any mild detergent without bleach or softeners will do
- Turn inside out to protect the outer fabric
- Wash with similar colors to avoid surprises
Drying:
- Lay flat to dry naturally—avoid direct heat or tumble dryers
- Patience pays off; merino dries faster than you'd think
How often: Merino naturally resists odor and regulates itself. Air it out between wears and wash only when it actually needs it—not out of habit.
Storage: Fold rather than hang to maintain shape. Keep it clean and dry. For off-season storage, breathable bags work well.
When things wear: Snags and small holes are repairable. Catch them early and they won't spread. We're here if you need guidance on fixes.

Shipping
Once your Founders' Batch order is fulfilled, we offer complimentary shipping to all EU addresses. Delivery takes 3-5 business days from shipment. All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure your premium merino wool arrives in perfect condition.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags attached. For pre-order items, the 30-day window begins upon receipt of your shipment. Return shipping is complimentary for EU customers.
